비공개 베타 테스트 (2017년 7월 27일)[ | ]

    • 새로 추가된 아이템은 플레이어가 쉽게 방위각을 알 수 있도록 해줍니다. 키보드 U키를 눌러 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 아이템은 파밍해갈 수 없는 슬롯에 장착됩니다.(다른 플레이어가 날 죽여도 나침반을 뺏어갈 수 없습니다.)
  • 새로운 출혈 종류 - Heavy bleeding(과다 출혈)
    • 낮은 확률로 일반 출혈 대신 과다출혈이 발생합니다. 과다출혈은 특별한 치료도구를 사용해야 치료할 수 있습니다.(또한 몇몇 의료키트들은 과다출혈을 멈출 수 있는 기능을 가지고 있습니다.) 과다출혈이 발생한 캐릭터는 땅바닥에 핏자국을 남기게 됩니다.
  • 새로운 소비 아이템 - Esmarch tourniquet(에스마르흐 지혈대, 에스마르흐 붕대라고도 불립니다), hemostatic syringe(지혈 주사기), kvass beverage(크바스 음료, 러시아(슬라브,발트 지역)의 전통적인 술)
  • 빠르게 가방 버리는 기능
    • Z키를 두번 빠르게 누르면 인벤토리를 열지 않고 짊어지고 있는 가방을 버릴 수 있습니다.
  • BEAR진영의 3번째 음성 추가
  • Scav들을 위한 새로운 얼굴과 의상 추가
  • 보스들의 음성 추가(Glukhar, Sanitar, Reshala)
  • 로딩화면, 인벤토리 등 메뉴에서 사용되는 캐릭터 애니메이션 추가

플레이 경험(Quality of Life) 변화[ | ]

  • 로비에서 파티(Group)모집하는 화면을 다시 디자인했습니다. 파티원들의 캐릭터 모델링과 닉네임을 볼 수 있습니다.
  • 레이드 안에서 나오는 상단 퀵슬롯에 소비아이템의 내구도가 표시됩니다.
  • 인벤토리나 창고 등에서 부품, 무기, 아이템 등을 드래그해서 옮기려 할 때 해당 아이템을 놓을 수 있는 장소를 표시해주는 테두리를 추가했습니다. (초록색 - 반드시 특정 슬롯에만 장착할 수 있을때, 노란색 - 선택적으로 놓을 수 있지만 반드시 그곳에 놓거나 장착할 필요는 없을때)
  • 게임설정의 옵션 - 레이드 안에서 좌측상단에 나타나는 캐릭터 상태 UI의 색상을 선택할 수 있습니다.
  • 레이드 내부에서 나타나는 전투 UI의 항상표시/자동숨김 옵션을 UI별로 다르게 설정할 수 있습니다.
  • 창고(Stash)에서 탄창을 마우스 오른쪽클릭을 했을때 나오는 컨텍스트 메뉴에 원하는 종류의 탄약을 삽탄할 수 있는 메뉴가 추가되었습니다.
  • 벼룩시장(flea market)에서 아이템을 구입할 때 현재 판매중인 갯수보다 더 많은 양을 구입하고자 할 때 구매 실패하지 않고 남아있는 양을 구입하게 됩니다.(붕대 10개를 구입하려고 하는데 다른 사람이 1,2개 사가면 수량이 맞지 않는다고 구입이 취소되었었죠.)
  • 창고(Stash)나 컨테이너(보관함), 가방 등에 자동정렬 버튼(sort)이 추가되었습니다.
  • 무기 preset(프리셋) 또는 customization(개조) 화면에서 무기의 세부정보 내용이 마우스를 부품에 갖다대었을 때 얼마나 수치가 변하는지 바로바로 보여주도록 변경되었습니다.(기존에는 직접 부품을 장착해야 수치를 확인할 수 있었죠)
  • 레이드 종료 화면중에서 Kill list 부분에 "distance"(사살거리)항목이 추가되었습니다.
  • 게임을 종료하려 할 때 Hideout(은신처)의 Generator(발전기)가 켜져있는지 알려주는 문구가 추가되었습니다.
  • 하단메뉴의 Hideout(은신처)버튼 위에 생산이 완료된 아이템의 개수가 표시되도록 UI가 추가되었습니다.
  • 벼룩시장(flea market)에서 현재 벼룩시장 검색 필터 설정이 즐겨찾기(Wish list)나 내가 등록한 물품(My offers)에 영향을 주지 않도록 변경했습니다.
  • 상인화면을 넘나들 때 물건 카테고리 설정이 초기화됩니다.
  • 창고(stash)와 상인화면의 스크롤바가 좀 더 좌우로 두꺼워졌습니다.
  • CTRL+R키를 누르면 장전손잡이를 한번 당겨 약실에 있는 총알을 버립니다.(노리쇠 후퇴전진 1회)
  • ALT+R키를 누르면 탄창을 분리합니다.
  • 친구요청 보낸것을 철회할 수 있습니다.
  • "accept all invitations"(모든 초대를 수락) 버튼이 추가되었습니다.
  • 레이드에서 사망 후 통계 화면에서 내가 사망했을 당시의 장비를 캐릭터가 입고 있도록 변경했습니다.
  • 총에 탄창이 장착되어있지 않고, 약실에 총알이 없고, 조끼(vest)나 주머니(pockets)에 총에 맞는 탄약이 있을 경우 재장전 버튼을 누르면 약실에 총알을 장전합니다.(빈탄창이 장착된 총은 빈 탄창을 빼낸 후에 약실에 총알을 장전합니다.)
  • 레이드 밖에서(메뉴화면, 상점, 하이드아웃 등) TAB키를 누르면 창고(Stash)화면으로 바로 넘어갈 수 있습니다.(탭키를 다시 한번 누르면 원래 보던 화면으로 돌아갑니다.)
  • Hideout(은신처)에서 Generator(발전기)에 연료를 넣을 때 연료가 "Found in raid"마커가 달려있는지 확인할 수 있습니다. (확인해보니 Water Collector에서 필터를 선택할 때도 FIR마커가 보였습니다.)
  • Generator(발전기)의 연료통 선택 메뉴에서 목록 마지막에 "Empty"버튼이 표시됩니다.
  • 레벨5 까지는 테라피스트(therapist)의 치료 서비스가 공짜입니다.(레이드에서 죽은 후 나오는 화면에서 치료하는 기능)

최적화[ | ]

  • 서버에서 AI관련 작업을 최적화했습니다.
  • High Quality Color 옵션 추가(기본으로 켜진 상태이며, 이 옵션을 끄면 약간의 성능(프레임) 향상을 기대할 수 있습니다. 옵션설정의 그래픽 탭, 가장하단에 있습니다.)
  • 다양한 Shader(셰이더) 최적화

AI 개선[ | ]

  • 봇이 움직일 때 무기가 흔들리는 기능을 추가했습니다.
  • 플레이어 스캐브에게 공격당할 때 내뱉는 말 개선
  • 플레이어 스캐브가 "Follow me"(따라와) 라는 손짓을 했을 때 반응합니다.
  • 전투중 AI가 인식한 적이 문 밖에 있을 때 하는 행동을 수정했습니다.
  • Killa 보스가 연막에 대해 부정확하게 반응하는 버그 수정
  • 엄폐물 자동 탐색 시스템 개선
  • 리저브(reserve)벙커에서 레이더(raider)들이 플레이어 스캐브를 적으로 인식하지 않는 버그중 하나 수정
  • 봇이 닫힌문을 뚫고 지나가는 버그중 하나 수정
  • 봇이 이제 뒤에서 접근하는 소리에도 반응합니다.
  • 봇이 눈이멀었다가 복구된 후 플레이어를 무시하는 버그 수정
  • 봇이 위장그물을 뚫고 사격하는 것에 반응하지 않는 버그 수정
  • 이제 레이더들이 일반 스캐브들을 공격합니다.
  • 이제 봇들이 BEAR, USEC 진영에 따라 적절한 말을 내뱉습니다.
  • 이제 봇들이 문을 발로차는 소리에 반응합니다.
  • 보스를 지키는 부하들(Guards)을 죽였을 때 살아남은 부하들의 역할이 변경되지 않는 버그를 수정했습니다.(부하마다 정해진 역할에 맞게 행동하는데 중요한 역할을 하는 부하가 죽었을 때 덜중요한 역할을 하던 봇이 중요한 역할을 맡게 됩니다.)

수정된 사항[ | ]

  • PMC로 플레이하다 사망한 후 SCAV모드로 같은 방(Session)에 들어갔을 때, 내 PMC시체가 소지한 아이템에 "Found in raid" 상태가 붙어있는 버그 수정
  • 캐릭터가 벽을 뚫고 볼 수 있는 여러가지 버그들 수정
  • 스폰한 후 캐릭터가 안보이는 여러가지 버그들 수정
  • 무기 프리셋(weapon presets)목록이 안보이는 버그 수정
  • 무기부품을 제거하면 조준경모드 설정이 초기화 됩니다.
  • 3인칭 시점에서 아이템 줍는 애니메이션이 재생안되는 버그 수정
  • Error 228, 프리셋 이름에 특수문자를 넣으면 나타나는 오류를 수정했습니다.
  • 캐릭터가 대사를 외치는 도중에 인벤토리를 열면 대사가 멈추는 버그 수정
  • Hideout(은신처)의 무기제작을 위한 아이템 선택창에서 제공한 부품이 무기에 이미 설치되어있는 버그 수정(의역)
  • 진통제(painkillers) 또는 자극제(stimulants)의 효과가 표시된 시간보다 일찍 사라지는 버그 수정
  • 레이드 도중 Delete키로 무기를 버릴 때 인벤토리가 고장나고 오류가 생기는 버그 수정
  • 파편수류탄의 폭발이 타박상효과를 주지 않는 버그 수정
  • 자동사격모드의 총기를 사용할 때 제대로 견착하고 전방을 조준하는 애니메이션이 나오기 전에 너무 빨리 클릭하면 사격이 멈추는 버그 수정
  • 개머리판 접힌 상태가 동기화되지 않았을 때 발생하는 버그 수정(의역)
  • 적이 가까이서 스폰하는 다양한 버그 수정
  • 레이드 종료 후 새로운 메시지를 받았을 때 읽지 않은 메시지 숫자가 증가하는 버그 수정
  • 인터페이스에 툴팁이나 UI 오브젝트가 남아있는 버그 수정
  • 열화상 장치를 사용한 후 광학조준경 사용시 조준경으로 보는 화면이 멈추는 버그 수정
  • 탐색(search)이 다 되지 않은 조끼나 가방 등에서 물건을 옮길 때 발생하는 다양한 버그 수정
  • 빠른 치료 시스템의 가격이 부정확한 문제 수정

변경된 사항[ | ]

  • 자극제와 의약품 아이템이 타박상(contusion) 효과를 없앨 수 있습니다.
  • 몸을 공격했을 때 상승하는 스킬들이 이젠 더이상 파티원을 공격해서 레벨을 올릴 수 없습니다.
  • 섬광탄에 의해 눈이 먼 캐릭터가 재장전을 할 때 항상 탄창을 바닥에 버리는 재장전을 합니다.
  • FN-GL40 유탄의 피해범위가 감소했습니다.
  • 7.62x25mm TT탄약의 방어구 관통력을 증가시켰습니다.
  • 컴퓨터 본체(PC blocks)에서 이제 SSD와 SAS드라이브가 스폰합니다. 그리고 다양한 큰 컨테이너에서 다양한 장비(조끼, 가방)이 스폰합니다.
  • 큰 플라스틱 컨테이너들에서 더 많은 일반 아이템들이 스폰됩니다.
  • AI 스캐브 장비에 약간의 변경이 있었습니다.
  • 낙하시 피해량이 증가했습니다.
  • The Tarkov shooter 퀘스트 라인에서 이제 모신만이 아닌 모든 볼트액션 소총을 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • "Jaeger"(예거)상인이 이제 "Gunsmith 1" 퀘스트를 수락했을 때 부터 이용가능합니다. "Gunsmith 1"퀘스트를 받을 수 있는 요구레벨이 2로 낮췄습니다.
  • Reserve 지역 플레이어 스폰 포인트가 변경되었습니다.
  • Reserve 지역에서 플레이어 스캐브가 조금 더 늦게 진입하도록 변경되었습니다.
  • 상인들의 물품 재보급 시간이 3시간에서 2시간으로 좀 더 빨라졌습니다.

  • 세관지역 확장(Customs expansion) (산업단지 구역, 공사지역 확장, 수많은 새로운 건물 추가, 고정식 무기 추가, 세관 보스 Reshala의 스폰장소 추가)
  • 새로운 스캐브 보스 - Sanitar
    • 해안가(Shoreline)의 Lazurny bereg 리조트에서 일했던 의사로 테라그룹 연구소 출신입니다. 타르코프 사건 이후 해안가(Shoreline)에서 활동했던 옛 동료들을 모아 단체를 만들어 활동하기 시작했습니다. 전투도중 전문기술을 사용하여 스스로를 치료하거나 동료들을 치료하기도 합니다. 다양한 자극제와 약품을 사용하며, 그중에는 그가 직접 만든 것도 있습니다. 그는 야전에서 빠르게 총알을 뽑아내거나 지혈대를 사용합니다. 가끔씩 스캐브들에게 충성하기도 하며, 동료들을 위해 응급치료키트같은 약품들을 떨어뜨려주기도 합니다.
  • 해안가(Shoreline)맵의 새로운 퀘스트 추가
  • 의심스러운 플레이어 신고, 부적절한 닉네임 이용자 신고, 게임 버그 남용자 신고 시스템이 인게임에 추가됩니다. 레이드 종료 후 새로 추가된 화면을 확인할 수 있습니다.

인공지능 행동 개선[ | ]

  • AI들이 아이템을 주울 수 있습니다.
  • 시체를 발견했을 때 행동을 개선했습니다.
  • AI들이 시체로부터 추가로 주무기를 주울 수 있습니다.
  • AI스캐브가 다른 AI스캐브에게 또는 플레이어 스캐브에게 인사를 하며 싸우지 않겠다는 의사를 밝히기도 합니다.
  • 평화로운 상태에서 AI들이 음식을 먹거나 마시기도 하며, 탄창을 확인하기도 합니다.
  • 봇은 의심스러운 사람을 조준하며 적인지 아군인지 확인할 수 있습니다.
  • 순찰 도중 위험한 상황이라고 판단되면 전력질주 할 것입니다.
  • 플레이어가 가만히 앉아서 AI를 공격할 경우, AI들이 합심해서 플레이어를 몰아칠 것입니다.
  • AI는 위험한 지역을 피하려고 할 것입니다.

The underground laboratory complex Terragroup Labs is a secret facility beneath the center of Tarkov. Officially, this research center does not appear on any lists and, according to fragmentary data, it is engaged in the studying, testing, and modeling in the fields of chemistry, physics, biology and high technology.

As this location is considered to be closed, it has special types of extractions. New mechanics imply the need to meet certain conditions for the activation of the extraction. It is possible to activate extractions more covertly, discreetly, thereby reducing the chances of detection by raiders; or loud, what will lead to activation of laboratory announcement systems and will attract raiders to the source of the noise. Raiders are a special kind of PvE Scavs. It will be impossible to play as Raider

  • New offline mode interface with more flexible settings for bot's difficulty, number, the ability to activate bosses, or arrange a war between the Scavs, and with an additional mode "Tagged and cursed", when all Scavs want to kill you, etc.

Aiming speed, weapon sway, alignment of the line of sight, loudness of equipment noise when aiming depends on the characteristic of ergonomics.

AI improvements[ | ]

An iteration of AI behavior and shooting improvements. Now AI behavior should become more realistic and eliminate most of the cases where the AI behaved strangely. This should lead to an increase in the effectiveness of their behavior as well as making it more predictable. The AI behavior will be refined based on statistics and your feedback.

  • Improved decision-making system for taking cover, shooting from a place, going backwards, bend shooting and reloading.

  • Now, the character doesn't initially know the number of cartridges in the magazine. Check the magazine to see the ammo remaining. Check precision depends on the Mag Drills skill. A full description of the expected behavior can be found here
  • Time-consuming loading/unloading of ammo
  • Loading/unloading of ammo into the magazine does not happen instantly. The time required to load/unload one cartridge may vary depending on the magazine and the level of the new skill, Mag drills.
  • Time is spent on loading and unloading ammo in the raid only, in the menu the procedures stay the same as before.
  • Loading and unloading can only be done with inventory open. If you close it or switch tabs, loading or unloading is interrupted. The cartridges that were already loaded into the mag, stay in it (and vice versa in case of unloading).
  • Only one magazine can be loaded or unloaded simultaneously.
  • The Info window displays the loading/unloading and mag check speed bonus if it is not 0.
  • If you've started loading an empty mag, or unloading a full one, the precise number of rounds is displayed.
  • Checking mags, hidden precise number of cartridges in the magazine
  • By default, it is unknown how many cartridges are in the mag, if it is not examined (hereinafter referred to as "Unknown/Checked"). Mag counter displays an unknown number of cartridges. For example: (?/30)
  • Check accuracy is determined by new "Mag Drills" skill.
  • The magazine can be checked either by animation - Alt+T or through the interface by Right-clicking and selecting Check magazine.
  • If you checked the number on the 0 skill level, then it returns "~empty" - "<1/2" - "~1/2" - ">1/2" - "~full". As skill level 1 an approximate number will be shown. On level 2 - the precise amount of ammo will be provided.
  • Full and empty mags are considered to be checked.
  • All the magazines you take into the raid are checked automatically.
  • Loading/unloading a checked mag doesn't change the state, it remains checked.
  • After firing, the number of cartridges in the magazine become unknown.
  • Ammo check precision now depends on the Mag Drills skill, not on Weapon Mastering.
  • Outside of the raid, the number of cartridges is always displayed precisely.
  • If you have dropped a checked mag and picked it back up, it remains checked. If someone picked it up and dropped it again, it becomes unknown to you.

Checking the chamber[ | ]

  • The chamber also requires checking. Only by animation using the key binding Shift + T.
  • If you load the cartridge into an unknown chamber, it automatically becomes checked.
  • If the shot was fired from a checked mag (first shot), the chamber remains checked. Otherwise, it becomes unknown as well.

The Extended Alpha version extended access to owners of Prepare For Escape and Left Behind editions and contained following game features amongst other things:

  • A new raid location, the Woods - wide open spaces, dense forest vegetation, entirely new tactics and game experience
  • Weapon failure and repair system
  • Ability to create groups for going into raids together
  • Improved game physics
  • Ceaseless work on performance optimization and troubleshooting of existing issues;
  • Everything that has been done to this point in Alpha, including completely operational networking, trade, leveling, inventory management etc.
  • Absolute ABOLITION of the Alpha materials publication restrictions. Yes, from this point onwards you are free to stream, make videos and screenshots of the game and share them.

The Escape from Tarkov Alpha was available to owners of the Edge of Darkness edition and some owners of the Left Behind and Prepare for Escape edition. A non-disclosure agreement was in place during most of the alpha testing.
